Robert Dubac repeatedly refused to make repairs that impacted the safety, functionality and habitablity of the property. When pressed to make corrections, he filed lawsuits to try and intimidate the home owners. He spread false and highly inflamitory rumors about home owners. And, he is using HOA funds to support his biased and harmful actions.
