I went in for an alignment and a quote for a few other self-diagnosed repairs.
Rocky's refused to perform the alignment and charged me a "diagnostic fee" which I was not told about prior to our agreement. They claimed to have diagnosed everything that I told them about (all of it was self-diagnosed, all I asked for was a quote) and ended up getting the cops involved and filed a police report.
