This company rips people off. They charge an upfront fee for doing a home visit, and then send people who have no tools, skills, or ability to actually complete a job. They cause damage, break things in your home, and then expect you to pay for their services. No one answers their phones or is willing to talk to you. They just burn a customer and move on to the next one.
