Royal apartments in mound is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. If you like living in section 8 housing this place is for you. The bathrooms are moldy and pest control is non existent bees are everywhere. The land lady is rude and likes to threaten you that she is going to call tracy and duane the building owners (whom also own a dog boarding business in minnetrista) but that never happens.
