They have someone call you acting as process server to scare you to call there office. Then you call them and they tell you that you are being sued for a debt that is out of statue of limitations. They try and say they will garnish your paycheck and hit your bank accounts. But they are just rying to scare you. You can't be sued for something that was last paid on in 2003. They are scammers and keep changing there numbers and the name of the company so they continue to trick people that they are being sued. Call your local court house and nothing is filed because its a scare tactic. Anthony James claims to be a attorney and he is a liar.
