Any company or person that deals with Ruben DelValle residing in Kemore WA, should avoid this thief at all costs. Delvalle is the biggest lying rip off artists imaginable. He will rip anyone off when he goes online to make purchases.
The second he buys an item he will contact his credit card company and file a fake fraud report of non receipt. He will make up these moronic lies stating the product was to arrive the same day as when he bought it, and then contiue his lies putting all the blame on the merchant for why he files a fraud dispute.
His person is nothing but a lying thief that will have fraud charges brougth against him.

Dont bother sending this theif anything certified delivery or something that has to make him pick it up. He nows he rips off people left and right, and will refuse anything that requires his signature when you go to sue him. Just do whatever you have to do against this theif because he will evade and illude you anyway possible.
As a recap, he will steal from you if he pays you via credit card. He cant read, he cant think, and his IQ is blow that of a bee bee. He's so stuipd that he will file a claim saying he never got hte item, adn then claim the item was to be delivered the day before he bought the item, real moron!
This moron will have the lack of intelligence ot make claims the exact opposite he claims when he completes and signs documents when he basically is too stupid to plan stealing something. Yeah sign something 2 days before you file a fraud dispute that will catch you saying the exact opposite to your own credit card company, idiot!
He will monitor every email you send him to find out when you ship the item and then 24 hours later he will start his fraud. Dont bother wasting you time with this theif just file whatever charges you to file against him. He's a true POS.
