On may first of this year I bought a house through Ruhl and Ruhl realtors. I have had some serious problems since moving in.

The first thing that happened is they, or the previous owner left a garbage can for me that was filled with wire, broken glass, sea shells and urine.

They also left a 55 gallon rusted metal can in the garage that apparently has feces in it, and is too heavy for me to move.

I was told the only thing i could do was to remove all the feces myself, bag it up and throw it in the regular garbage. Then move the can to the curb myself which I can't do,  and pay 15 dollars for a special pickup.

They also for some reason, plastered a bunch of garbage into the bottom of my garbage can, and then put three super heavy sandbags into the can. I couldn't even lift half of one of them. I had to pay someone to lift them out of there and I think he might have hurt himself doing it.

They also decided it would be a great idea to remove the extenders for my downspouts and placed them in the roof of my garage. I didn't take a picture of that, but I really wish that I had because when I knocked them down, one of them hit the roof of my car and left a nice scratch. One of them is still missing. 

I hurt myself trying to attach them. I'm worried I might have water damage.

When I contacted Maria Sisul and her boss Chris Beason, I was made fun of and dismissed and told that the phone was just going to go straight to voice-mail.

I'm also very worried that they overvalued the house. It appears that it's worth 99.5K and I'm paying 139.5K, not including all the fees.

Extremely unethical and I will definitely never do business with them or the seller, Jared Fortner ever again, because I'm 99 percent sure she was the one that intentionally left the messes for me to clean up, and I'm disabled.
