Stay far away from the joke of a company.
They will be more than happy to sell you a tuner that will not work and then completly ignore you after you say there is a problem.
Things happen but when they company wont even respond to fix the problem that is unacceptable. Now I have to file a credit card dispute to get my money back since nobody will answer the phone or email
stay far far away from this fly by night company, they sell tunes that dont work with zero support you have been warned! You will get ripped off.

Joe, if you take a look at our reviews. People do not have a problem with getting a hold of us. We can be reached by email, phone number, text, tech ticket, etc. Pretty Much any way possible. I do not show a name of Joe in flordia or a email, or a tech ticket etc. Give us a ring (with the number you posted) and we have no problem getting you taken care of!
