Its clear that the hauler SCC is mixing heavy boxes and charging those weights to others. Solid Waste has a Monitor in SCC for financial but they need a monitor for these acts.
They bought ATNM because they are all one team. Why are the Orlando Borthers not allowed to operate in NYC? Why does Solid Waste have a Monitor at there offices?
Someone must investigate the relationship between the firms ATNM, SCC, Sani Pro, American Transfer, OBI Sanitation, City Carting of Westchester, AAA Carting, All allegedly connected.
