I have been with Santana Energy for 2 yrs for a rate at 4.5 cents. My contract expired in august. I called in June to tell them I would not stay with them.
Here it is Sept and I got my electric bill and they charged me .16 per KWT. I thought when a contract expires its done. So they put me on a very varaible rate.
Now I'm stuck with them till Oct. to get switched over to aep ohio. I also have a total electric house. My bill was over $500. This is sicking.
