This Marina has mishandled financial bank information. They are not to be trusted. They also used the boat slip that we were paying for to store their own equipment. We literally tried to put our boat in the marina and we could not because they had stored their items in the slip that they were charging us for. They refused to refund the amount that we paid for them to use our slip. They offer no solutions for the mistakes made by their own demise regarding records or otherwise. We are victims of being taken advantage of by Caroline Mize and the Marina team. They asked for our bank information 3 times and still mishandled our information.

Scotts Landing Marina in Grapevine, TX had taken the necessary action to resolve the previous issue, regarding the earlier complaints against them. I completely withdraw my comments because the company was able to resolve all concerns and issues. I hereby withdraw any complaints made against Scotts Landing Marina, its affiliates, and all of the employees of Scotts Landing.
