I visited the leasing office to review floorplans. After picking the floorplan I went online and booked the desired floorplan. I ended my last lease and on move in day walked into my unit and it is a completely different unit. I was told that the unit I contracted was not available. I went online and found the floorplan I wanted but was told I would have to pay additional monies.
