On October 8th of 2024, I spoke with John Akins at my home regarding installing a drain at the end of my driveway that slopes into my garage.
After explaining this, John said he could install a drain from the entrance of the garage to drain into my side yard.
When he was finished, I noticed that there was a grate installed, so I gave him a check for $1,900.
Soon after it rained heavily and my garage flooded again. John had installed a grate with no drain attached as promised. Texts and emails have been ignored.
