Sealmaxx/Enviroclean skrewed my mother Cedar Rapids Iowa

My Mom called for an estimate. After waiting for an hour past the appointment time, she received a call from "Pete" that he was running late but would be there. He NEVER showed. A few days later, the appointment was rescheduled. This time no one called and no one showed up. She received yet another call with a lengthy apology. According to the caller Pete had an unexpected emergency and didn't have a second to even call jer on the phone. She reset a THIRD appointment. This time Pete did actually show up and gave her an estimate. She agreed to the proposal and put up a deposit. FOUR WEEKS have gone by. They cashed her check. She's been waiting for a call to schedule the work and hasn't received one. When she finally called the company, they claim they have no record of any transaction. It sure looks like they've stolen her deposit. These guys are crooks!!! It's no surprise they made the "Top ripoffs" on the homepage of this site Robert Naperville, Illinois

If any of this report is true, please call me directly and I will personally ensure any deposit is returned immediately.
