The salespeople promise a 30 day out. Their contract said different. When asked for out and refund they refused and are still trying to pursue contract. There is not one person in the company that will help you. CEO will not respond. Head of customer service can not seam to get out of 1st gear when it comes to resolution.

I offered many times just to refund and no harm no foul. The continue to try to say that I can come back and offer me help. Why would I do business with people of this caliper? Oh and data pulls are weak at best.
