Wade has been awesome to work with. I started with a batch of aged leads, test run. The most competitive pricing for the age range by FAR.

Answered all my questions, ZERO pressure. Assuming they are, in fact, 2-90 days old.

I can't say anything about the quality of the leads, yet. Just bought them. Based on the buying experience this far, I am quite optimistic.

It's been YEARS and dozens of brokers since I dealt with a lead broker that didn't...Make my F#&% skin crawl.

Wade was great. Very optimistic.

** update**

Upon opening the file, I find out that I have been given substantially more leads than I ordered. **Spidey sense tingling** I emailed wade and asked him if he was aware that he had sent so many, he confirmed and i shrugged it off as just a nice first time buyer incentive.

They are NOT  2-90 days. the vast majority are not  in service. based on what have called through so far, from the mortgage list 50 numbers dialed, 33 disconnected  numbers. 4 people spoken too, ALL FOUR OF THEM sold or lost that house 4-7 years ago.

from the FEX list, similar results. i haven't as many of those yet, but it doesn't take much to establish a pattern.

The woman I just spoke too was quite emphatic that I should:

"fire your lead people cause I bought my policy when my grandson was born 10 years ago"

but the lead is supposedly "2-90 days old",  someone is lying, and based on the results so far... it ain't her.

I thought the price was too good to be true, but after looking at their others services and speaking with Wade, it made sense to offer a cheap front end and make a profit on the back end. I Was expecting mediocre leads from a giveaway funnel or something of that sort.

Not fraudulently labeled bulk leads years old. The excel file says the "date requested" is within the 2-90 day window. when you speak to these people, they are YEARS old.

If you have called internet leads before you know people say "i didn't fill anything out" all the time, that is to be expected.  none of that, these people are actually laughing at how out of date the information is.

"update  your list bud"

"i lost that house 6 years ago"

"lol buy better  lists, we sold that house"

That means someone actually took the time to generate random fake dates and put them in the file.

(Which is an old trick to help fight chargebacks. Agent cant say they are older than quoted when the file has a lead id and date)

After you adjust for volume (huge file), they come out to about 30 cents per lead, and the quality matches that rate. which would be fine, if I hadn't been told they were 2-90 days. I started in this business with 50 cent leads. muscling through s**t lists is not my issue. Done it many times.

The bait and switch the problem. it is the kinda s**t that makes people hate dealing with lead brokers. The bait and switch is why I am taking time out of my day to update this review. The YouTube reviews for Cody were all good, so I tried it. Everything about the buying process made me very optimistic, as stated above.

At this point, buying from SA is a lot like sitting down to eat, really liking the waiter, then being served old, crusty bologna on a trash can lid.

** Update**

Officially the worst list I have ever worked on. I finally said to hell with it and loaded everything into a drip campaign. The sheer number of disconnects and deceased lead names was exhausting. Let the AI do it.

Of the 4 lists, 3 uploaded just fine, the 4th however was so full of bad data it wouldn't upload. The CRM kicked it back due to invalid emails, 66% invalid data.

It is mathematically impossible for this many people to have changed their number, deleted their email, sold their house, foreclosed, and or died within "2-90 days".

I emailed "Wade" (at this point I'm wondering if that was even his name. you have to be dumb as all be damned to do business like this with your real name.)
