Seven Oaks Apartments Rockwood Capital They agreed to refund our application fee along with our deposit totaling $750 and they only sent the deposit of $500 and they sent it much later than they promiosed Garland TX

They were extremely rude and dragged their feet throughout the entire applicatian process. The office is run by these rude older women with chips on there shoulders. They have every intention of screwing thier customers and they mistreat you the entire time they deal with you.  They promissed me after taking 3 weeks to review my file, (should have taken 2 days max) that they were going to refund my application fee as well as my deposit $250 and $500 respectively.

They said they were going to mail it right away. They waited till the following week to mail it when we called to check on the status. And they shorted us $250. Then when calling to ask what was going on, they lied to us and told us that we misheard them, they are keeping the $250. When I told her I was 100% certain they agreed to send us the money, she threatened to hang up on me. Needless to say, I will never see that money again.

How do you sleep at night Seven Oaks, you know you owe me the $. hopefully enough people will read about what you do and how you treat people and you will cease to exist. You hurt us for now reason except to steal $250.
