I received a deep infection from a pedicure service on Friday Jan 12th 2024. Manicurist Jenny used pliers and removed several peices of flesh next to toe nail bed without consent causing immediate and nonstop bleeding and pain. There is a deep wounded infection/cut several days following the incident. I am diabetic and this infection can be fatal due to my immune system. They charged me $68 for this pedicure. I want a full refund and this salon investigated for unsafe practices.
