I signed up and went to go reach my first appointment the lady actually changed the appointments around on a different day and I missed it and then when I went to go to my first appointment I missed it and I decided I would just get a refund and they kept about 25 or $30 out of my $100 or so and wouldn't respond back to give you my money back and haven't responded back I've sent numerous emails there's no phone number there's no there's no recourse for the scammer stealing your money even though they're not punctual and they don't make their appointments

Looks like shimmer is scared of ripoff report. DID get my money back after putting the squeeze on only took 8 days. Not a total scam but they did try to not do diddly and take my money and be the ones who dropped the ball first. Wake up from your wokeness.
