2015 Chesia Torrence and Silver Centre rented a property from me for $1200 a month. The final 8 months she paid nothing. It's ironic that in her own business she wines about customers not paying when they get rotten service. Read her web posts and it resembles narcissistic behaviors . I finally sold the place and let them deal with her. When she moved they ripped out the hot tub.
Buyer beware of the silver Centre event hall.
