I have had 3 successful orders

AUTHOR: Sarah - (United Kingdom)

POSTED: Thursday, September 21, 2023

I have ordered 3 times from this company and my orders have arrived as expected, really well packed, each time. The first order was a small one as I was sceptical I would ever receive it, based on other people's comments. Then it did, and later I placed 2 other orders - each time I paid for tracked delivery since, as a business I have used international postal service and found it to be unreliable.  The guy who takes the orders and deals with customers is called Raul and is always super polite, respectful and very professional. For my first order I was suspicious and did ask a LOT of questions and he answered every single one with such patience and attention. The products I have received are all genuine and function as they are supposed to. There is definitely a trust issue in that we have to pay by bank transfer into an Indian company's bank account. If Raul wanted to increase customer trust, he would set up a way for customers to pay by credit card. That first payment I sent I had pretty sweaty palms sending a load of money knowing if I didn't receive any goods I would never get that money back! But it did all work out in the end and now I use an international payment service to make the payment instead of sending bank to bank, so I'm not fleeced by my bank for international charges! I do believe from reading reviews that many people have had issues with this company due to non-arrival of products, or receiving unrecognised branded products (which I have done). I have addressed the non-arrival of products issue and suggest that you use tracked delivery as it's not that much more cost. If Raul wanted to improve his customers' experience, then he would include tracked delivery as part of the cost of ordering and not give customers a choice because the non-delivery is definitely harming his business reputation. With the branding, the reason these products are so much cheaper than pharmaceuticals in the west is precisely because they are manufactured in India. So if that is a concern, don't buy from this company. I don't have an issue with a product that is made by a company I have not heard from - all the products I have received have batch codes and date codes and comprehensive product information inside. I hope this helps balance out these comments with an alternative point of view.
