Snazzplan Architecture Jazz Lackey Known conman from Renton, WA moved to and is scamming again Spokane Washington

Conman Jazz Lackey, (AKA) Mark Lackey, James Billingsley, Richard Logan has now fled Spokane after having been exposed for his scamming. Beware that he will probably change his name again to try to avoid having to pay all he owes now and most likely will continue to try to rip more people off. Idaho may be his next target. He is vindictive and nasty. Please check to make sure that anyone you hire for your architecture needs is licensed and check for references - do this for any business you work with. This person has been at this same scam for years - despite having been sued on numerous occasions. He gets away with it time and time again.

 "Jazz” now lives in Spokane, legally changed his name to James Randolph (JR) Billingsley in 2022 and uses "Snazzplan Architecture” as his new scam business. Also lists himself as of yesterday, on his LinkedIn page, as working for a legitimate firm called Billingsley Architecture in TN; he claims to have worked there since 1975 - when he was only 15 - and that company wasn’t even established until 1990. He was evicted in King County Wa and fled to Spokane - and now that people have discovered who he really is, he will be fleeing to a new city where he will scam people - and probably change his name again. This person needs to be arrested and stopped from scamming another person, business, contractor or homeowner.

 JR Billingsley, Jazz Lackey, James Billingsley or Mark Lackey or whatever alias he is using now deleted the LinkedIn page in the review. On his personal LinkedIn page, he has a link to "SnazzPlan” - his scam - and claims now to work for Billingsley Architecture - which is a legitimate business. He lists his start of employment at this company as 1975 - when he was 15 he was employed there? The company wasn’t established until 1990.
