SSA at 8800 Watson Rd St Louis MO are refusing to give African American Disability recipients a copy of their file.  SSA in STL sends applicants claiming physical disabilities to their specified Doctors, subjected to numerous Xrays, yet they completely dismiss  HARD EVIDENCE of physical disability, grouping AA recipients into a "mentally insane" category; hence hiding the file.

When AA recipients request their personal files including Xrays they're given a complete runaround ie refusal , because SSA is aggressively fraudulently damaging African Americans medical files. The other location participating in fraud is at 717 N 16th St., St Louis MO.

What a load

IF you are able to file a complaint on ROR then you are able to send a Request for Medical Records to the SSA. And NO they do not discriminate against "African Americans" - can your substantiate proof (solid proof) they do??

If you are filing for Social Security Disability (SSD) or SSI, you will need medical evidence to back up your claim, and medical records that supply a complete, accurate picture of your medical condition can, in the best case scenario, eliminate the need for a disability examiner to gather any additional medical information before making a decision. In short, if your medical records are in order you should receive a timely response on your claim.

The best medical records for SSD and SSI disability are 1. those that are current and 2. those that show how your condition limits your ability to work. How current should your medical records be? To prove your claim as well as prove when your disability began, you obviously need older records from the time of your disability onset (note: proving your disability as far back as possible can have a dramatic effect on how much back pay you get). But, you also need at least some records that are not older than 90 days.

Pure Garbage!

You didn't get your way so now it's stomp your feet, throw a tantrum, roll around on the floor, crying and whining. If you have a valid disability, there are attorneys who will take your case on s contingent fee basis.

I guess if none think you have a case, you'll be whining again!
