South Park Painters Joshua Rios Owner Operator Owner Guilty of Tax Fraud Silida Colorado

Do your homework! I worked with Mr.Rios on a 4 day exterior house painting job! He promised me continuous work until the end of the summer 2025. I thought things were going great. He shared a lot of painting knowledge with me, informed me I was doing an excellent job. Upon completion of the Job, he paid me in cash, (tax fraud which I reported to the IRS, and Colorado State tax office), then asked me to contact him within a couple of hours. When I did so I was subsequently fired via text without cause! I asked him for an explanation as to why, there was no response at all! I would not trust any individual that smiles in your face and then stabs in the back!
