A. Somehow when we moved we lost track of the bill we owe.

B. They tacked on nearly $1000. in "fees and interest" in less than a year.

C. Then they hired a collection agency called "General Business Recovery" who called more than once and did not allow me to speak. They were obstinate and rude and then after they were finished berating me before I could ask them not to call again, they hung up. This happened twice.

D. I attempted to reach Stacy in finance to discuss our bill and she refuses to speak with me.

The dentist may do an okay performance, however, their business practices make me think they are run by a bunch of South Tucson hoodlums and trailer trash. They are completely unprofessional.

When you claim someone owes something, you allow for dialogue. Hiring a company that calls someone and yells at them, acts obstinate, and hangs up or having the main business avoid them like a child afraid to answer the phone when the customer has questions is not a great way to get paid.

It's a good way to get sued, however.
