Horrible experience! Beware! Dentist insisted on a procedure that I did not need and injured my tooth causing me to now resort to having two teeth extracted and an implant as recommended by his referring endodontist. He caused unbearable pain which I am still experiencing and I am unable to properly chew my food to eat.
Dr. Richard Mantoan, owner of the practice showed a lack of accountability, ethics and integrity in resolving issue. I had to hire a lawyer as a result and file complaint with Attorney General. I have emails, records and supporting documentation for everything stated here. I am a Flossmoor resident and will never go here again.
