Spectrum TV Sold me a bad upgrade to MLB package that does not work correctly and denies refund San Marcos Texas

I bought Spectrum's MLB package to watch the Houston Astros in San Marcos Texas. Whenever spectrum says they are on the MLB network I go and get "blacked out in your area" I know this is not true for road games and don't think its true for home games.
When I called Spectrum they denied its their fault and also said no to giving me a refund and cancelling the service. I think they are incompetant and might just be thieves.

I did check mlb.com and they confirmed they black out All rangers and astros games in my zip code. In my only defense I know that the MLB itself does not have such rules on away games. I apologize to anyone else I may have argued with in this conversation also

I know the mlb does not have any blackout rules in san marcos texas for the houston astros, especially when they are on the road
- As seen from the attached image the MLB would dispute your claims.
You aren't getting a refund because you still have access to other games, you still have access 90 minutes after the live games, and you admit you were warned about blackouts.
The fact that what you "knew" was wrong is not a reason they need to provide you with a refund.

I know the mlb does not have any blackout rules in san marcos texas for the houston astros, especially when they are on the road. I know about other channel black outs and I have made many searches for local channels or espn etc showing the game!
Spectrum owes me a refund for selling me BS even though they did say it was subject to blackout.

Spectrum(or any provider) does not control the Blackouts, that is controlled by the MLB. If you are in the same "market" as the a Major League Team you will be subject to the same blackout regulations as any other local person for that team.
In addition, if the game is on another station(such as the local Sports Channel) the MLB channel will be blocked out for you and you will need to see it from the local station.
As for a refund, the MLB package allows you to view multiple teams and not just the team you are interested in. Which is very likely why they (or any other provider) will not issue you a refund.

Blackouts are controlled by MLB and the teams. The cable companies have NOTHING to do with this!
