Jim Tracy or James Tracy took a downpayment of $3,500.00 Dollars from me for a corporate event he never showed up and did not refund the money now he wont even take my calls beware of this company that goes under Bully Bars Bullybars.com or St. Art LLC.
He was supposed to show up at my event and print T shirts for my guests he never showed up and didnt even gave a reason gave him a down payment and never heard from him again!!!!

To Whom This May Concern,
I do not know this person who has posted on Yelp as well as here. I have not received payment for any corporate event as my vehicle is not ready. I had to start all over with my project when Palm Beach Buses and Alvaro Manuel Cervera stole my money and did not deliver the vehicle.
The authorities are looking for him, so if you know his wereabouts please call West Palm beach sheriff department. My personal phone number is 702-849-2000 and my email info@bullybars. Please send my proof of the transaction and I will have the authorities look into it. If you do not have proof then, then this is a form of harassment and will be dealt with accordingly. This is from the owner.

One long run-on sentence after another, no punctuation. I'm impressed! By the way, it's $3500 and not "$3500 Dollars"! These are all SECOND GRADE subject matters. Children know these things! Perhaps you should be more concerned with going back to the second grade.
