I ordered a large 16 person family size camping tent with several rooms. Instead I received a small orange tarp with a piece of string, labeled as an emergency tent.

This is their scam. They advertise a family tent and send a tarp with string. NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED OR ORDERED! This company is a FRAUD AND A SCAM!

I just received my emergency tent also :( I’ve tried to contact the company but there is NO number of course. Please let me know if you are successful in tracking someone down .
