I am in Colorado Springs and hired a process server in Virginia Beach to serve a writ of garnishment to Dollar Tree Corp. I mailed two copies of the writ as instructed and paid them 60.00 via money order to do this for me.

It has been over five weeks now and I have not heard from them. I have sent emails and left voice mail asking them if they could at least let me know they received my documents and payment. No response at all.
