i spoke to these guys over a year ago and they went by name student loan forgiveness a year later i went on google and it sent me to them but they changed name to student loan aid, but the customer service number was still the same, and they had all my info. and was asking for the same cost, i cancled my payment with them the first time cause i never recieved docs, then they tryied to charge me again under a different name, when i asked if they were student loan forgiveness agent got quite and hung up, now when i try to call back they just keep hanging up
