She says she is evicting me because I did everything on my time and  didnt do things fast enough for her. With ptsd, short term memory lapse and covid occurring, I fell behind on my rent and she never cared , called, asked could she help or any of that.

All i ever received from Joannie was eviction notice after eviction notice. I just want people to know she is heartless and this is what she thinks of our veterans and people that rent from her.
