Sunrise Banks Prepaid-USA Rips off customers with BS "inactivity" fees St. Paul MN

This bank is the LOWEST of the LOW.  They ripoff the funds of customers from the Pre-paid gift cards they receive as incentives or refunds from company with BS Inactivity fees they start charging right away. 

Try and call their customer service and you get a voicemail telling you to call back during hours and it IS hours, right in the middle of the day, and they don't return calls.  Just a bunch of lowlife scumbags. Avoid these criminals at all costs.
