Susan Bailey comes across as a sweet, kind soul. She is a money manager based in Scottsdale, AZ. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. She is highly deceptive in her business dealings, and ripped me off after lying and putting up false testimony.

She is a con artist and will lie through her teeth in financial dealings. SHE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED ON ANY FINANCIAL MATTER. IF SHE LIES IN LITTLE THINGS, SHE WILL LIE IN ALL THINGS. Her word means nothing to her and she is a fraud.
