Swedish Hasbeens Tried to return a purchase made. The company flat out lied about sending a return label. The customer service is non existant
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Made a purchase and reached out to the company to make a return.
The site states their return policy however when we tried to utilize it we were ignored. Multiple emails later and a threat to file a credit card dispute and they emailed back that they did not have a customer service number. (It is on their shipping label).
Then they said they had sent a return label by email. Which was a flat out lie. (We have the emails saved).
