Swimcici Swimcici - promises FREE return but won't repond nd expects you PAY for return back to CHINA

They give you an extremely hard time. You have one email to contact them and they rarely reply, then they expect you to measure the item and send pics - even if you explain the item you ordered was defective to way bigger than what their size chart stated.

Then in the long run they expect you to pay for return to China when their site clearly states FREE returns. The item costs as much as the return. They are horrible! DO NOT USE THEM! I lost my money and the item I'm stuck with is so large I can't use it.
