The Switchpoint is a new apartment commmunity that is located at 2333 W. North Temple, and 130 N. 2100 W. in Salt Lake City, Utah 84116. Both properties are run by staff who have criminal and drug backgrounds. They have proven to be very unscrupulous. For one, the property managers Julie Thompson and others, make false accusations to some tenants, claiming they don't pay their rent.

Another woman claimed that men are going into her room sexually assaulting her. Manager Julie Thompson had all the security gates removed from the doors.

The property managers do not tell women that rent there, that there are registered sex offenders living on both properties, level one and two. Level two being the most dangerous. There are sex traffickers roaming the area, and both properties trying to get women they see alone, into their cars. They drive suspicious looking vehicles that have blacked out windows. One of the men in the car, actually got out of the car, and went to a woman's window, lurking around and watching her. Who told the man that there was a woman in that room? Was it a staff member or a tenant?

Do they allow registered sex offenders to drive the apartment shuttles that go to Walmart, Smith's and Winco? It was noted that one of the male tenants at the Fairpark location, was in the shuttle around October 2023, and the driver happened to go through Love's Truck Stop, which is notorious for sex trafficking. There were about ten police cars parked at Love's at the time. The male passenger sitting across from the driver, said that he bet the police were there to investigate sex trafficking. The man also added that he wanted to abduct women and force them into sex trafficking and show them how to "really" make money. This man is on the Utah registered sex offenders list come to find out.

These two properties are highly dangerous, and I don't recommend any woman with an ounce of decency or self-respect ever rent from them.
