Reiner Edmund Schmegner purports to do business under the name TC Reiner. Yet no "TC Reiner" is registered as a business entity or DBA in California, which is improper. Operating under his factitious name, Schmegner seems to use photography as a way to set people up for a shakedown.
If you don't pay thousands of dollars, get ready for a lawsuit. Schmegner has a track record of lawsuits.

Eringer is the defendant in a lawsuit for copyright infringement. He is also a former tabloid journalist and failed book writer with 5 convictions for criminal defamation.
