Their sign-up page was a verbal maze of asterisks and foot notes.

After I signed up for one year expecting downloads they allowed just one download then blocked further access claiming my account was 'streaming only'.

I complained on day one despite this they refused to refund first claiming 'it was not their policy' then claiming I had 'made extensive use' of the site.

This was not the case.
