We made the Mistake of hiring them for our home. They Lie to us and going on 12 months to get the house built. they fail to pay sub contractors which they they file liens against our house, we have gotten 3 so far. 

the Company name is StarTex Custom Homes (http://startexcustomhomes.com/)

the owner goes by Randy Smith but it looks like is real name is Randall Smith Kuhlmann. googleing that name you find that he was arreasted in collin county for a warrent for Fraud back in 2015, and senteance to prision in 1999 for SEC fraud. LR-15547 - SEC.gov

looks like he change the name of the company ever so often. .. did go by Web: http://randallcustomhomes.com/ but changed his busieness name.

i have Emails and Recored phone calls to prove he is ia lair. 

 I am the employee mentioned in this report. I was unaware at the time of the conversation mentioned here that Smith was not his actual last name, I had never been told otherwise and didn’t have reason at that point to think he was hiding anything.

The phone number attached to this report is my personal cell phone that I was required to use for calling vendors as no office phone was provided. I have only found out about all of this after googling his name after quitting.

Please understand that (most of) his employees don’t have any idea who it actually is they’re working for.
