Ordered Hotjak socks via a link on thereviewnerd.net that were described as: Adjustable Temperature, Rechargeable Batteries, Includes Batteries And Charger.  Received some lame socks that had none of these features.  We returned to the sender for refund (which was in the US; cost $13), but was sent back to us because it was a fake address.  Contacted company who said in order to get refund, we had to ship the socks to CHINA (would have cost over $30).  They refused to provide shipping label and then told me to have a nice day.
