Thomas just used sealing paint to cover an area where water was coming into my basement. This is not what was discussed. When I went down I said no this is not going to stop the water from coming into the basement.
Then he also sealed my steps but did not cover them and it rained. The next day with the steps still wet he was painting the steps, which he stated were dry and it did not matter because it will still work.
I did not given him the second portion of the money and he made a scene, yelling. Ripped off
