I subscribed to a subscription clothing service Threadbeast. On three occasions I have received damaged, defective, worn, or sample items. When I contact them they claim to have a "no-refund" policy and offer a "free" item on my NEXT order.
However, at this point I am unwilling to give them another chance and I want a refund but they refuse. They say I can't sue them because of an arbitration clause, so if this happens to you request a charge back from your credit card company.
