I placed an order on 11/21/23 for my daughter, weeks went by and no shipping or tracking information was sent. I then sent a follow up email requesting this informaion and the order number. I was then responded with the same information i sent them and still not tracking (12/13/23) I then asked for a refund for the merchandise and have not received any feedback or my money. This place is a scam and a rip off.
