 You are absolutely right. There is absolutely no room for being rude to existing or potential Customers...ever! Without Customers/Clients, there is no need for the business to exist. Thirdly, Corporate America is PRICE GOUGING the public and using the smokescreen of "inflation". Over and over and over publically traded retailers are reporting quarterly profits and income at RECORD LEVELS. That's because of price gouging, reduction of services and smaller portions for food products. Non-public businesses are doing it as well. Its very obvious PRICE GOUGING and nothing else. Those were points two and three. POINT ONE is most important. You used the word "scam" to characterize this business. However, you did not indicate any exchange of money. High price gouging and rude first-point-of-contact people are NOT scams. Don't ever for one split second think you are hiding behind a keyboard and therefore you can make LIBELOUS statements without being found out. All it takes is one LIBELOUS STATEMENT for a person or business to file a suit against you. It is relatively easy and a modern course of action to use data forensics during the legal Discovery process to find you out and launch the appropriate legal actions against you. It is done on a daily basis and there are Legal Firms all over the country which concentrate their practice on said cases and investigations. You are not hiding. Stick to the facts and leave the libel cases to those with low IQ's.
