I made my purchase of a pair of Timberland boots and they sent me a cheap pair of sunglasses instead. Their "Customer service" apologized for the so called error made by their "logistics company" and offered to pay me $0.32 on the dollar to "minimize (my) loss".

It's a Chinese operation designed to do exactly what they did to me and make a tidy profit with each "shipping error" STAY AWAY. Cancel your credit card if you have already gone down this road.
