We were contacted by Timeshare Helpsource because we had been wanting to get rid of our timeshare.  They charged 7000$. Justin Huertas who was the man we worked with signed a contract with us that guaranteed a full refund of the 7000$ if at the end of 24 months he did not have a buyer.  The 24 months ended in June of 2024.  We were expecting to be contacted by someone from their company to inform us that they either had sold the timeshare or when they would be sending us our money back.  We have not heard from anyone and the email and phone# given to us by Justin Huertas appear as being fraudulent.  Nobody answer the phone and nobody responds to emails.
