TJ Martineau Injury Rhode Island

I was transported to the hospital due to a slip and fall from my ladder while removing leaves from my gutter (I suffered a broken Femur bone as well as a slight concussion as a result of the terrifying ordeal). While being driven to the hospital in the ambulance, I was cared for by a young gentleman by the name of TJ. He was overwhelmingly rude and seemed to lack any empathy for my needs.
    The more questions I asked him, the angrier he seemed to get. I am somewhat familiar with Emergency Medical procedures, so I believe this is where his frustration stemmed from (My son has worked as an EMS for over a decade so a lot of my knowledge comes from him). None the less, it was very frustrating to be treated with such disregard for my care, and dismissal of the knowledge I was expressing. He did not properly support and immobilize my leg. The stretcher seemed to come unlocked at one point during the trip which resulted in massive jarring to my leg. All in all, the lack of immobilization he provided (even though I kept insisting on exactly what was needed to be done), coupled with the bumping resulted in my Femur fracture expanding to a larger fracture which resulted  in much more extensive care, pain and suffering.
  Very disappointed with this EMS, and disappointed that another state decided to facilitate a new license to him (given his record in Rhode Island).
