I had to pay another contractor to fix all the damage Surety/Duran did (everything was fine before Duran screwed it up). Valley Concrete said Duran could not even pour the concrete sidewalk slope correctly.  They had it sloping uphill toward the street! 

Water is still pooling when it rains on their sidewalk, never draining downhill where it supposed to go! After breaking the water-main, the water-main repair they made did not hold (started leaking again).  I had the other contractor repair it correctly ($6900).  Need Reimbursement from SuretyClaims!
