Tony File And Serve Legal Services Total Ripoff! Temecula CA

I paid Tony to file and serve a defendant in Nevada for a small claims case.  He told me the defendant was in California and at that point I had no reason to think at that point that he was the con artist he is so I went ahead with it.  When there was no proof of service on the court website I contacted Tony and he said he was served.  But when I did some checking I found that the defendant hadn't lived at the CA address since 1989!  I asked for my money back, but he of course wouldn't give it.  There are several other people he has similarly scammed - look at his yelp reviews.   BEWARE !!!
